Here at the Critters Dogs Dog Training Center, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to your beloved companion. We specialise in many disciplines from puppy training, basic dog obedience to competing.
We have been providing these services in West Yorkshire and the surrounding area since 2009.
Offering a variety of classes that focus on pet communication, socialisation and science-based behavioural theory. No matter what service you book with us, you’re guaranteed to learn everything there is to know about raising a respectful and problem-free pet.
At Critters Dogs, our aim is to provide real solutions to the most common challenges that pet owners face. Through expert behavioural coaching and applying kind, approachable, and humane principles, we are here to help you alleviate all of that unwanted owner stress.

I have a 18 month old vizsla and needed assistance with his hunting. I have attended group sessions previously with Chris, so I booked a 1-2-1 to gain experience and further my knowledge.
Chris first asked what my concerns were and observed my dog in action. Chris then discussed what I wanted from my dog and then showed me what I could achieve. Chris gave clear instructions whilst sharing his knowledge of gundogs and how to work them whilst considering the experience of myself and my dog.
Chris has indepth knowledge of all gundog but had specialist knowledge of HPRs, spaniels and labs. I would recommend Daletoft Gundogs, Chris to anyone starting out in the gundog world or even to experienced handlers that need to iron out any issues or just to tweak their dog.
